In the 4th aliyah (section) of Parshas Vayikra we learn about the Korban Shelamim. This korban is unique in that part of it is burned on the mizbeach, part of it is given to the Kohen, and part of it is eaten by regular people. Non-Jews are able to bring a Korban Olah, a burnt offering. The Korban Shelamim teaches us the valuable concept that we are able to uplift the physical aspects of this world in order to reach spiritual heights. This idea also connects to the Yom Tov of Pesach where we uplift our Seder table with the spiritual discussions of Yetzias Mitzrayim.
