In this shiur we look at more of the historical background of the destruction of the First Bais Ha-Mikdash. We start out looking at the tragic story of the assasination of Zecharia, the Cohen Gadol, which is mentioned in Aicha and the Kinos. We look at the reign of Menashe, which is considered the root of the churban, and continue through to Tzidkiyahu, the last King of the Kingdom of Yehuda.
