We continue our discussion about the different aspects of Shema and how they relate to Rosh Hashana with an explanation of the complete acceptance of Malchus Shamayim (Divine sovereignty). In our world, we perceive a duality in Hashem's actions, with some things appearing good, and others bad. However, we must understand that Hashem's essence is completely one, and it is only in events that we see a split. The truest sense of accepting Malchus Shamayim is with the complete recognition that His essence is Hashem Echad. |
