When Yaakov Avinu and Yosef HaTzaddik reunite, Yaakov says krias shema. Not only does he reunite with Yosef, he also reunites with Hashem. Yaakov Avinu recognizes everything that happened is all from Hashem, the good and the bad, and thus, now he is able to say Hashem Elokeinu Hashem Echad.
