In the third part of this 6 part series, we discuss the importance of loyalty in responsible and meaningful friendship. When a person is loyal in a friendship, they give the message of great security and comfort, as they ensure that they will remain securely in the relationship. We discuss two tools in order to create this mindset of loyalty. By giving others the benefit of the doubt and throwing away the "meter" of keeping track of wrongs and rights, we can ensure that we are loyal to others in our relationships. |
