Lecture Details: |
We examine the fourth and fifth conditions of m'leches machsheves - conscious creative acts. The fourth is that it must be constructive and the fifth is that it must be permanent to be considered a Torah prohibition. Otherwise, it is only a rabbinic prohibition. We also briefly explore the concept of grama - indirect acts. |
