Convention 2008
This session will present details about the Kollel Institute, a growing national program which offers a unified curriculum, teaching materials, handouts, promotional mailings, and a web presence to all affiliated cities. 7 cities are already participating and looking to expand. This program offers a multi-year semester-based system, which offers a basic agenda in almost all areas of Jewish knowledge. The curriculum covers, Jewish philosophy, Jewish history (Yehoshua to modern day), the entire Chumash, Jewish mysticism, Holidays, the Jewish home, the Jewish lifecycle, and development of Jewish laws and customs. This off-the-shelf program may be perfect as a complement to your existing programming or to enable you to reach those who are looking for a more structured format in their study of the basics. |
