We continuing learning the Maharal's commentary of the haggadah as found in the Sefer Gevuros Hashem. We learn about the double expression "a strong hand and an outstretched arm" and the dual interpretation of the Maharal. On the one hand, Hashem strengthens Bnei Yisroel as a nation, while at the same time, He weakens and subdues the enemy. Additionally, we learn that one expression is referring to Hashem's direct involvement, while the other refers to His involvement through messengers. All of the miraculous events in Mitzrayim are through the strong hand and outstretched arm of Hashem, accomplishing a dual purpose and accomplished through different means.
