What chutzpah we Yidden have! During the days of judgment, when the Heavenly Courts are determining "who shall live and who shall die", we dare call to Hashem emphatically "Silence the prosecutor and let the defender take his place"?!
Even considering He is our Father, in addition to our King, never the less "The judgments of Hashem are truthful - altogether righteous", proclaims Dovid Hamelech! Especially during these days when we emphasize "Hamelech Hamishpat"!
By what rational do we entreat for a "good and sweet year" when we know we have not earned it?
