Lecture Details: |
Pharaoh had the Jewish slaves work hard for complete futility. The Egyptians were a society that thrived on production of their agriculture. When their agriculture is consumed by the locust it is especially painful for them. These plagues take us from futility to productivity, and the Egyptians from productivity to futility. Their toil gets consumed by the locust. |
