G-d promised the Patriarchs that they would have children and that they would inherit the land of Israel. The class explores the promises made to each, and how they compare with one another. It also explains why Yaakov’s relationship to the physical would afford his future generations a “nachala bli meitzarim” (an inheritance without boundaries).
