In Parshas Yisro, we read about Matan Torah. This experience enabled the Jewish People to see what is usually heard, and hear what is usually seen. Chazal tell us that what Bnei Yisroel experienced there was the same as Adam Harishont before the first sin. We know that Torah is described as the Etz Hachaim, the tree of life, which is the antidote of the Etz Hada'as, the tree of knowledge. Through learning Torah and connecting to the spirituality in life, we minimize the physical obstructions that were brought about by the original sin.
